So here you have scans of P.O.W. Magazine issues 1-3. 1 and 2 are from the "Punk On Wave" era, when the magazine was pretty much just a punk zine ran by Sakevi and a bloke from Lip Cream? Or was it Laughin Nose? Unfortunately I only have scans of the front, back, and spine of issue 2. 
the person who scanned these is trying to prevent other people from seeing them for some strange reason. I don´t see the fuss as these are just scans, data nothing compared to owning the real things. it just seems greedy to keep them for yourself!
The third issue is from when the magazine got taken over by Sakevi and became the strange, arty "Performance Of War".

The photos, interviews and articles of Gauze, Hanatarash, Willard, Chaos UK, AA Rec., U.K. HC etc. The ads for AA, KPP Rec., Ghoul EP/Hold Up Rec., Last Bomb, and tons more cool stuff in this issue. There's even a two full-page odd artwork by Sakevi. Written mostly in Japanese, ofcourse. Fucking amazing underground punk mag! Note:The back cover has a bottom part cut out.

Special Sakevi issue. This ultra-rare, awesome mag was edited and published by Sakevi from G.I.S.M. Lots of insane pics, interviews and articles about topics like death, war, execution etc. Written in both Japanese and English. John Duncan was a co-editer for this issue, and most of the main contents were translated into English. There's also a rare full-page ad for the G.I.S.M. VHS release with a large live pic of Sakevi, Lip Cream ad, Hanatarash live photos, full-page Selfish Records ad and cool artworks. Very professionally done underground mag with glossy covers. Extremely rare!"

So, I think POW should be available to punks of today's underground. I'm all for acknowledging artist's work (I am one) but fuck copyrights. In fact, what's the point of art and literature if only a few elites get to appreciate it. So share the material! If any one here has scans or links to scans of the complete POW, please post it.
